  • For existing businesses: 3+ year in business, 660 FICO or greater for owners, strong cash reserves in the bank (average bank balance of $35,000 or greater).

    For Start-ups: Strong Credit and personal liquidity are key. We like to see FICO scores for owners of start-up businesses at 690+
